Overview Bolton Food / F & AMilano, ITBusiness Controller We are looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team within the Food Business Unit based in Milan, Italy. How you make the difference In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Business Controlling team, contributing to financial planning, performance monitoring, and decision support for the Business Unit. What Your Agenda Looks Like
Support the preparation of Budget and Forecast processes for your perimeter; Perform monthly closing activities and ensure accurate reporting of financial results; Analyze business performance versus budget and prior year, identifying key drivers and variances; Prepare clear and insightful financial reporting to support management decision-making; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data; Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling tools, processes, and reporting systems.
Your Team You will report directly to our Finance Senior Manager. What Makes You a Great Fit
Education: Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field Experience: at least 4 years of experience in Controlling or similar finance roles Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Excel; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus Languages: Fluent English and Spanish required
