Overall control and responsibility for all financial and HR aspects of the business unit strategy. Analyze figures and implement recommendations based on these findings with the most profitable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Work with senior teams to grow the business by formulating strategies and plans
Manage the budgeting process
Cash management on an ongoing basis
Control of all financial transactions and accountancy matters, including audit systems
Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly updates
Presentation of annual accounts and balance sheet
Review of accounts and investigation of variances
Treasury matters
Capital expenditure – evaluation and preparation of submissions
Insurance and risk management
Manage tax declaration
Manage local bank facilities and payments to third parties
HR administration, including sensitive personal data management
Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met
Manage two accountants (HC) within the team
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in Finance role within an international/multinational company
Familiarity with xjrgpwk processes and procedures
Excellent commercial and business experience
Exceptional communication skills at all levels
Strong IT skills, SAP B1 preferred
Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision making
Fluency in English, Turkish desired, third language a plus
