We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the management, development, and evolution of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, driving process optimization and digital transformation across the business. This is a cross-functional role with strong collaboration across all departments to ensure the CRM becomes a strategic enabler for company growth.
? Key Responsibilities
* Manage and continuously evolve the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
* Collect and analyze business requirements to design effective custom solutions .
* Implement process automations and customizations using Power Platform tools.
* Provide technical support to users and ensure system performance and reliability.
* Collaborate with external partners and consultants when needed.
* Optimize and enhance CRM processes and workflows, especially in the B2B service module .
* Create technical documentation and support internal training initiatives .
? Requirements
* 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Solid knowledge of customization of forms, data structures, and entities .
* Experience with Power Platform tools : Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions .
* Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server ; familiarity with Azure is a plus.
* Experience managing end-to-end CRM projects .
* Strong teamwork, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive attitude .
* English language skills is considered a plus.
