Accountabilities
* Design and optimize the end-to-end revenue process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
* Create and implement data-driven reporting to guide internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
* Drive project initiatives from concept through execution and assess impact.
* Enhance the GTM systems and manage data for forecasting and performance management.
Requirements
* 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related fields.
* Advanced proficiency in data management and analytics tools.
* Expertise in cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decisions.
* Experience with lead-to-cash workflows and CRM systems.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
