Experteer Overview
As Customer Service Manager, you’ll coordinate sales order management and ensure on‑time delivery by aligning with production, logistics, and other functions. You will oversee customer forecasts and service agreements in collaboration with the Supply Chain and Sales teams. Your leadership will develop the team and maintain high service levels, strengthening customer relationships and order execution. Responsibilities
* At least 5 years of proven experience in Customer Service Management
* Analytical and data management skills
* Problem‑solving orientation
* Good knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office package
* Excellent command of the English language, fluent spoken English
* Reliability and strong sense of responsibility
* Proven and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
* Willingness to travel when required
