It all builds on a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. /p h3Responsibility /h3 pAs a Training Engineer at Vestas, you will play a key role in develop and improving the Training material for wind turbine blades handling and Logistic. If you do not have a knowledge within transporting composite materials, blades parts or whole blades, you will have a high motivation to get it. You will have a keen focus on modern training systems and materials, including process vision or digital enabling systems. The training methods are focused on the receivers, have the factory logistic employees in focus. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and optimize training material within the Handling Logistic process /li liAnalysis of AS IS and future state of our training material and systems /li liCreate Process Roadmap and plans for future states /li liDefine training material requirements and specifications if material shall be developed of others /li liStandardization of generic layup training materials /li liBe part of building a culture of excellence, innovation, and responsibility /li liInvestigating and solving training issues using structured methods such as the 5x Whys, Fishbone Diagrams /li liApplying continuous improvement principles using Lean tools to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final training material quality /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor of manufacturing engineering or alike level /li liTrain the Trainer or other training education /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li6-8 years of developing training material mainly for unskilled workers /li liTraining of shop floor employees /li liPlanning of training - for up to 100 persons /li liDeveloped / defined functional training material for employees with a short or long education /li /ul h3Essential skills /h3 ul liAbility to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goals /li liKnowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and experiential training formats. /li liWorking with engineering managers, and subject matter experts to co-develop content for functional training material /li liEnsuring training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policies. /li liFamiliarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools. /li liGathering input from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs. /li liYou are interested and willing to spend time in the factory environment as required to understand and solve problems /li liData-Driven Decision Making, use of tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams. /li liYou are self-motivated; result-oriented and possess great organizational discipline /li liYou find it exciting and interesting to work with other people in a large organization and can build up an intensive network across cultures and time zones and work with stakeholders /li liBe an integral part of cross functional product development projects /li liYou are customer-oriented and can understand the complete business value chain seen from a customer perspective /li liYou are committed to learning /li /ul h3Our Commitment to Fair Hiring /h3 pAt Vestas, we evaluate all candidates solely based on their professional experience, education, and relevant skills.
