Job Title: Operator Machine Tool CNC (3 positions)
Responsibilities
* Read technical drawings and ISO/ASME tolerances.
* Move and position parts manually or using jacking devices or cranes.
* Set up and operate machine tools (lathe, milling machine, drill press) to perform machining operations as per drawings.
* Align and secure workpiece using fixturing devices.
* Determine workpiece origins, set up tooling, and ensure dimensional tolerances are met.
* Record actual time spent on each operation using the MES or work documentation.
* Suggest improvements or directly apply changes to the machining program to reduce cycle times.
* Measure, inspect and test finished parts for defects and compliance with specifications using precision tools such as feeler gauges, calipers, micrometers and pass/no‐pass gauges.
* Follow company standards and procedures regarding safety, quality, material handling and storage.
Qualifications
* Technical diploma.
* Experience with milling machines, lathes and deep‐hole drilling is an advantage but not required.
* Availability to work three shifts – Monday to Friday – 6:00‐14:00, 14:00‐22:00 and 22:00‐6:00.
