This role is key in designing, implementing, and managing robust endpoint security strategies to protect Syensqo’s network and data from sophisticated threats. You will be part of a dynamic team contributing to a major transformation, playing an active role in shaping the group’s future. /p h3We count on you to: /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain a strong endpoint security strategy aligned with company policies and compliance requirements; /li liDefine standards and best practices for endpoint protection, detection, and response; /li liDesign and implement endpoint security solutions including antivirus, anti-malware, Microsoft Intune, Tanium, and EDR tools; /li liCreate and manage endpoint security policies and configurations to ensure consistent security posture and compliance; /li liMonitor endpoint security tools and lead incident response activities for endpoint-related threats (investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery); /li liConduct regular vulnerability assessments on endpoint devices and coordinate remediation efforts with IT teams; /li liDrive training and awareness programs to promote secure endpoint usage across the organization; /li liCollaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to maintain a cohesive and effective security strategy; /li liReport on endpoint security posture, incidents, and continuous improvement initiatives to senior management. /li /ul h3You will bring: /h3 ul liA degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. The Italian annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: $62,080 to $77,600. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. Total compensation for this role also include bonus and/or other incentive. The primary location for this job is Italy; however, it may also be based in other countries.
