PpLocation: Alba /p h3About the Role /h3 pReporting professionally to the Cybersecurity Operations Technology Manager and managerially to the Italy Cybersecurity Manager, the bCybersecurity Operations Technology Expert /b is responsible for fostering a high level of cybersecurity maturity across Ferrero’s OT environments. This role supports the development of plans and coordinates the delivery of cybersecurity projects and services aimed at protecting industrial systems and ensuring production continuity. /p pThis role will be based in our bAlba offices, /b with the possibility of working remotely up two days per week. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liAs part of the Europe Hub, you will manage requests and needs originating from the region, planning activities and resources to continuously bimprove the cybersecurity posture of OT environments /b. In this role, you will bimplement initiatives aligned with the OT Cybersecurity Roadmap /b, focusing on increasing the level of protection and resilience of industrial environments and the supply chain. /li liYou will blead periodic security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities across OT environments /b, identifying potential gaps and proposing improvements. Gathering data and metrics from OT systems will be essential to enable KPI evaluation and drive continuous improvement. /li liWorking closely with internal teams and external partners, you will bdefine cybersecurity baselines, methodologies, and requirements for OT environments /b at both central and local levels, integrating security aspects into projects. You will also support training and awareness programs for OT users, helping to strengthen cybersecurity culture across the organization. /li liIn addition, you will bevaluate new vendors, technologies, and features related to OT cybersecurity /b, ensuring alignment with industrial needs and global standards. Your role will include providing recommendations to maintain and enhance Ferrero’s approach to monitoring, identifying, and correcting cybersecurity activities in OT environments. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou will bring your expertise in OT cybersecurity, backed by at least b3 years of experience /b in supporting and coordinating projects aimed at safeguarding industrial environments. Your background combines analytical and conceptual skills with a technical foundation in networking and infrastructure, enabling you to address the unique challenges of OT systems effectively. /p pYou are familiar with key bOT security solutions /b such as intrusion detection and prevention systems, network monitoring tools, endpoint protection, and privileged access management, and you understand how these differ from traditional IT security approaches. Your knowledge extends to industrial control systems, the Purdue Model, and international standards that guide security for industrial automation and control systems. /p pHolding a bdegree in Information Technology or a related field /b, you may also have professional certifications that demonstrate your expertise.
