As an Expert PPA Contract Negotiation and Management, you will join Plenitude Societa Agevolazioni. Specifically, your Route to Market Strategy, PPA Negotiation, and Management team will define the best strategy for marketing energy and services associated with the renewable assets of Plenitude and its subsidiaries. Key activities
Manage the structuring, formalization, and negotiation of commercial contracts relating to renewable assets (utility‑scale photovoltaic, wind, and storage plants) Provide specialist support to M&A functions to evaluate both PPAs, CFDs and other regulated routes to market as well as storage agreements associated with plants/pipelines under acquisition, identifying the main commercial risks and opportunities Provide specialist support to Plenitude's commercial functions in defining agreements with end customers and to the energy management function for the possible conclusion of multi‑year electricity purchase contracts from renewable energy plants. Manage commercial issues relating to PPAs / storage agreements / power market access contracts and other existing commercial agreements by interfacing with legal, asset management and operations functions in order to ensure compliance with contractual conditions and the management of any agreement renegotiation processes Stay up to date on market regulations, energy policies and incentive schemes Coordinate preparatory activities for the participation of Plenitude renewable energy plants in competitive processes for the allocation of incentive mechanisms Manage the participation processes of Plenitude renewable energy plants in incentive mechanisms
Required characteristics
Master's degree in Economics or Engineering; different and/or lower qualifications and fields of study may be taken into consideration in the event of significant experience in the role At least 3 years of experience in similar roles or in the power/renewables sector Be in possession of a driving licen
