Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations, including service flow, staffing, and guest experience.

* Plan, lead, and execute daily briefings, service strategies, and team schedules.

* Maintain operational excellence and implement SOPs to ensure service consistency.

* Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.

* Manage restaurant financial reporting and analyze KPIs to increase revenue and reduce overhead.

* Resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

* Collaborate closely with Head Chef and Bar Manager to enhance service flow and menu quality.

* Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and health regulations.

* Coordinate marketing efforts and foster relationships with VIP guests and regular clientele.

* Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.

Required Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Restaurant Management, or Culinary Arts. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in fine dining is required.

* Strong leadership abilities and proven team management experience.

* Excellent organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.

* Advanced knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards.

* Proficient in POS systems, Excel, Word, Pascal, and reservation software.

* Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

* Health & Safety and Hygiene Certification required.
