Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than b75000 /bpeople dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact. /ph3Purpose of the job /h3pbPurpose of the job /b The Industrialization Engineer is responsible to industrialize the maintenance, renovation/modernisation and warranty activity in order to secure the maintenance and production deliverables. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the industrialization of technical documentation, respecting the Standard Manufacturing Process Standard Manufacturing Line guidelines, footprint /liliElaborate the required industrial deliverables: Macro-process, Work Instructions, implantation of the workstations, Bill of Material, Task Sequence and/or Standard Operations Sheet, Work Instructions, Method times, definitive Layouts. /liliProvide inputs to Industrial means and tools requirements for project execution activities /liliDefine and implement the training plan related to industrial topics and to Special Processes /liliValidate on the field the industrial deliverables, tools and industrial means with maintenance execution (FAT) /liliRespect the Industrial Planning milestones (followed by the IMFU) /liliUnderstand and support the implementation of APSYS (Alstom Performance System) subjects related to Industrial Roadmap /liliEnsure Railway Safety and EHS, AZDP standards are respected /liliSet up industrial process improvement related to industrial efficiency, quality, safety, Ergonomics, EHS, continuous improvement /liliAdapt the industrial process and deliverables to project life cycle events such as design changes, obsolescence, maintenance plan optimization, fleet extension, changes in operating modes ...) /liliContribute to the Control Change Board review, where appropriate, to reduce non quality or improve safety, performance of operations. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAt Least 2 to 5 years’ experience preferably in the railway industry, ideally in an international organization /liliAbility to read and understand schematics and drawings /liliTechnical experience of Methods Engineering, writing, and improving manufacturing and/or maintenance work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing /liliExperience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up /liliWorking knowledge of Quality and Health Safety standards and systems /liliProven ability to innovate and manage change /liliExcellent teamwork skills and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at various levels /liliStrong organizational and planning capabilities /liliDesire to learn and grow completing the profile /liliFluent in English and Italian /li /ulpThe position will be based in Sesto San Giovanni (Milano) and will be the industrialization reference point for Regional Loco Business Unit in Italy.
