We are seeking a skilled and motivated field service engineer to join our after‑sales team, focusing on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility‑scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role is ideal for a hands‑on technical professional who enjoys working onsite, solving complex problems and ensuring the highest levels of system reliability and customer satisfaction. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide on‑site commissioning and OM services for utility‑scale BESS installations. /li liPerform functional and acceptance testing with customers. /li liDiagnose and resolve technical issues within battery packs, power conversion systems and related components. /li liConduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. /li liAct as the primary technical contact for customers after project handover. /li liProvide training and guidance to customers’ operations teams. /li liEnsure timely, professional communication and customer satisfaction during service interactions. /li liPrepare detailed service reports including fault analysis, troubleshooting, repair description and technical recommendations. /li liProvide feedback to the engineering and RD teams regarding recurring issues and potential product improvements. /li liSupport warranty management and escalation processes. /li liWork closely with project delivery, engineering and sales teams to ensure smooth handover from project completion to service phase. /li liCoordinate with suppliers and partners for replacement parts and technical solutions. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
