Neuraxpharm is looking for a Regional Access Manager (RAM) based in Lombardia, Triveneto o Emilia Romagna, Italy. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pThe role, reporting to the Head of Market Access, is pivotal to ensure patient access to necessary medical therapies while building a positive reputation for the company within the payers community into the assigned territory. The RAM is responsible for regional local access of NX products, extension of indication and the entire product lifecycle; he/she is expected to successfully drive interaction with all the relevant institutional stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective execution of market access plans, in close collaboration with KAMs and MSLs, in a pre‑launch phase, launch, post‑launch, maintenance, tenders and competition in the therapeutic area. /p h3Your Major Accountabilities /h3 ul liDrive development of access strategy in the assigned territory, considering both national access policies and differentiated access environments at regional and local levels, in order to maximize business potential through market access. /li liBuild, maintain develop strong solid relationships with decision‑makers, regional local payors, pharmacists, KOLs, institutional political experts and all the relevant stakeholders influencing long‑term success of NX portfolio, including Medical Devices Digital Solutions. /li liAccelerate Time to Market and Time to Access, supporting launch and entry of NX portfolio into the regional, local and hospital formularies, optimizing pricing and positioning vs competitors increasing company reputation. /li liProvide economic and institutional insights and feedback to support the development of Market Access strategies, product launch plans and economic materials. /li liResponsible for pharmacoeconomic and value‑based communication at local and regional level, in collaboration with Specialists KAMs regarding pharmacists interaction. /li liResponsible for patient journey communication and product positioning at payor level. /li liDirectly collaborate with local PAGs, as per company general guidelines. /li liAct as a valuable team player, closely partnering with team members in the field (MSLs Reps/KAMs) as well as in central departments, to share relevant information, dynamics, strategies and solutions to reach the common company goals. /li liAttend trainings, courses and conferences for continuous professional development. /li liOperate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (ethical guidelines of interactions with all professionals). /li /ul h3We Would Like You To Have /h3 ul liScientific or Economic Degree /li liAt least 3+ years of professional experience in the role in a pharma company with a hospital portfolio, with an existing network with payors and institutional stakeholders at local and regional level /li liExperience of new products launches company positioning in local regional government affairs /li liMedical Devices and Rare Diseases experience is a strong plus /li liSolid understanding of central local access dynamics, with proven ability to identify, analyse overcome access barriers /li liAbility to work independently proactively as a strong team member of cross‑functional teams /li liTop‑notch written verbal communication skills and networking skills (internal external) /li liOffice 365 tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) /li liAvailability to travel up to 100% /li liLanguage: Italian required English nice to have /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pNeuraxpharm is a leading European specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of the central nervous system (CNS), including both psychiatric and neurological disorders.
