As a Service Technician Automation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of automated systems.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Planning maintenance activities and technical interventions at customer sites
2. Performing technical interventions personally, troubleshooting using diagnostic tools
3. Providing help desk support and managing customer requests in collaboration with the Logistics Solutions team
4. Training field technicians or customer personnel by shadowing them
5. Collaborating with colleagues in Technical Service
6. Producing reports on system performance and health status
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical roles within automated logistics, with experience in reading electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings. Additionally, proficiency in WCS/WMS systems is essential.
A valid technical diploma (perito tecnico) is required, along with good communication skills and problem-solving attitude. The ability to travel frequently within North and Central Italy is also necessary.
