Job Description
Your opportunity
We are currently looking for a Client Advisor who will report to the Boutique Manager as part of our team based at Milan Airport - Malpensa.
How will you contribute
The candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs, in order to ensure that each customer receives an excellent and professional service throughout. The ideal candidate will act as a Brand Ambassador and will spread the values and the philosophy of our brand, with the end result of maximizing sales.

- Proven experience in a similar role within a customer service-focused environment, with a genuine passion for luxury
- Strong communication skills and Interpersonal sensitivity
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction
- High ethical standards
- Entrepreneurial, innovative, and proactive approach
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and team-oriented; well-integrated in the social environment
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Fluent in English and Italian; Knowledge of any other language is greatly appreciated
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is also required
