POSITION HR Digital Tools Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic HR Digital Tools Specialist to join our HR Team in Mestrino (PD). In this role, you will oversee the development, day-to-day operational maintenance, and first/second-level support of our HR systems. You will ensure seamless process execution, data accuracy and an optimal user experience across all HR platforms.
What you will do
* Perform routine maintenance and configurations on Talentia HCM modules (e.g., master data management, workflows, roles/users, training courses, and performance processes)
* Contribute to the implementation and rollout of new functionalities
* Ensure HR data quality and integrity through periodic audits, data cleansing activities, and ongoing monitoring
* Create, update, and optimize reports based on HR and management requirements
* Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between the HRIS and other business systems (e.g., payroll, Active Directory, expense management platforms)
* Provide support to HR users and employees regarding system usage and functionality
* Maintain updated documentation on system configurations and HR processes
Who you are
* Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a structured organizational environment
* Good knowledge of the Talentia HCM system is considered a plus
* Understanding of core HR processes is considered a plus
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken
* Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a problem-solving attitude
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive attitude, with a strong focus on supporting employees and HR users in the effective use of HR digital tools
