The company is looking for a Head of PMO based in Piacenza, reporting directly to the CFO of the Italy platform, whose main activities will be: Team management : both of Getec personnel (2 FTE) and external PMO consultants (4 FTE) Local Road Map Definition And Management Collect dept / team needs / requests : Ensure that projects are aligned to short and long-term goals of the business and are properly prioritized Manage the dependencies between projects and between projects and day to day activities Manage the projects during all project phases starting from the kick-off to the monitoring / closing phase. Including project documents and meetings scheduling Monthly reporting Define, implement and maintain an efficient project governance framework SAP implementation : project manager for SAP implementation of all Italian legal entities Alignment with Group functions such as : PMO, IT and Post Merger Integration Hard Skills University degree in Economics & Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience 10 years of working experience, of which 5 years as a Project / Program manager.
