This includes developing and implementing training programs, recruiting talent, and creating career development plans to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of social legislation, trends, and developments in HR discipline. You should also be able to stay informed about new HR improvements and developments, representing the company's interests in Union relations.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.

* Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.

* Strong experience in Union relationships and manufacturing environments.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English.

* Up-to-date knowledge of social legislation and new HR improvements and developments.
