Here, the guests can find the perfect combination of work and wellness, discover the charm of the ancient palace and recharge with the endless offerings in terms of taste, wellness, and team building experiences. /p pThe location includes a fascinating and outstanding spa and has different pools, walking paths and panoramic points. Bagni di Pisa is located in San Giuliano Terme, between Pisa and Lucca, surrounded by gorgeous landscapes and renaissance‑era architecture. /p h3Job Aims Requirements /h3 ul liExtremely organized, able to set high standards, incredibly motivated to overachieve performance. /li liA young and talented person, looking for sales opportunity. /li liResults‑oriented with excellent analytical and computer skills. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills. /li liProactive, independent, decisive. /li liMandatory fluent in Italian a good level of English (B2 or C1). /li /ul pThis position will be both based at the Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort Tuscany, Autograph Collection and at the Bagni di Pisa Palace Thermal Spa. The two locations are nearly 40 kilometers distanced. The board and lodging are not included for this job offer. /p h3The Role: Scope /h3 h3Sales activities /h3 ul liParticipate alongside colleagues in designated trade, service, and community associations. /li liSupporting the sales department in representing Grotta Giusti and Bagni di Pisa on sales calls, workshops, and trade shows assigned by the manager. /li liMonitor competitive hotels to ensure continual market share improvement, analyze and report the results. /li liPro‑actively plan and execute weekly sales appointments, sales promotion, and follow‑ups, "bring back old business" actions to achieve and exceed the revenue targets. /li liConstantly and timely update CRM software with sales calls, account information, tasks, projects etc. /li liReview customer base to determine new opportunities for account penetration. /li liContribute ideas to improve the products and services offered. /li liCapitalize and leverage upon Marriott and LHW sales and marketing programs, resources, and international sales offices to maximize the impact of the Marriott and LHW system. /li liConstantly develop the opportunities with territory and local community to increase revenues for Spa and FB, organizing and monitoring monthly events and promotions for non‑resident and resident guests. /li liHelp and assist the sales manager and the sales executive in digital and social media activities. /li liSupport the hotel in reporting, preparation of meetings and presentations. /li /ul h3Internal Communication activities /h3 ul liMaintain a cooperative working relationship with other departments. /li liCreate a positive working environment and act as a team player. /li liMake sure that brand standards are met at all levels and adjust where needed. /li liParticipate in meetings when required sharing key information on sales activities, special bookings, business forecasts, competition, etc. /li liPrepare reports as required. /li /ul h3The Role: Core Competencies /h3 ul liPlan, organise, and use a systematic approach to get things done. /li liManage time effectively, prioritise actions and manage tasks through to completion, actively seek opportunities to develop and learn from experience. /li liCommunicate openly and clearly both verbally and in writing.
