Prepare prime cost offers for the Sales department.Coordinate construction managers and schedule site personnel.Organize construction activities and technical assistance deployment at the site.Manage site activities, including coordination and supervision of workers and subcontractors.Verify technical assistance costs against the budget.Coordinate commissioning activities with the EA department.Interface with clients regarding site construction and erection activities.Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks related to site activities.Schedule resources for technical service interventions and organize site work activities.Required Skills and Knowledge:Leadership skills to coordinate, manage, and plan site team work.Preferred experience in site erection and commissioning activities for steel plants.Proficiency in written and spoken English.Ability to work in a team and adapt to flexibility.Willingness to travel worldwide.Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.Openness to new approaches and innovations.
