Role Value Proposition
We are the Digital Department within UniCredit S.p.A., managing critical banking IT services for the entire UniCredit Group in Europe. Our area focuses on Customer Onboarding, Account Opening and Physical Channels, delivering digital solutions that support a smooth and modern client experience across the Group.
Our mission is to provide the most efficient and ground-breaking IT experiences by maintaining the current asset portfolio and ensuring continuous innovation in all our business countries, which include Italy, Germany, Austria and CE&EE countries, leveraging different technologies and promoting the adoption of new ones (e.g., recently, Cloud-based solutions and AI).
What you'll be doing
Contribute to the definition of project requirements and planning activities
Support budget and resource monitoring through internal Project Management tools
Monitor project KPIs, risks, and delivery progress
Participate in functional and technical analysis of IT platforms, including security-related topics
Identify improvement opportunities and process efficiencies using AI tools
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor/Master education background in economics/management/technology innovation or related areas
Fast & self learner, with proactivity and energetic working style
Good communication/collaboration skills, coping with the complexities of dynamic working environment
Work under pressure and effective problem-solving
High level proficiency in English
Nice to have skills
Knowledge in Agile / Waterfall methodology
Knowledge in AI / Cloud fundamentals / Software development
Good level of Italian / German
