A renowned luxury boutique hotel in the Caribbean is seeking a Lead Captain to oversee
front-of-house service at its signature restaurant. This role requires a detail-oriented hospitality
professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional fine
dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and supervise the restaurant service team, ensuring seamless operations.
● Provide elevated guest service, managing VIPs and special requests with discretion.
● Train and mentor servers to uphold luxury hospitality standards.
● Work closely with the Maitre D’ and culinary team to ensure smooth service
coordination.
● Monitor table assignments, pacing, and overall guest satisfaction.
● Assist with wine and beverage recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements:
● Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
● Strong leadership, service execution, and guest relations skills.
● Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairings.
● European experience strongly preferred.
● Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
