We’re a young and ambitious company, born and distributed across Europe with two epicentres in London and Milan.

We’re building a platform to support sales teams in their execution, specifically:
* Forecasting (build a strategy and execute)
* Conversational intelligence (coach team and improve metrics)
* Pipeline review (set cadence and create accountability)
The role
As the founding member of the sales team, you’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from finding the right leads to closing deals. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to be at the forefront of innovation, able to plan and execute, and build the sales function from scratch.
You’ll work closely with our CEO, and your insights will be crucial in shaping the product's direction. Since our customers are salespeople, your goal will be to help them drive revenue growth, providing an excellent opportunity to empathize with their challenges and deliver value as an expert in sales strategy and execution leveraging Superlayer.
People who work with you will describe you as curious, analytical, and capable of building efficient and elegant solutions to problems. They also enjoy sharing a beer (or three) with you after work.
At Superlayer, you will:
* Define and execute plans to achieve your goals
* Build relationships with executives across various industries
* Consult with prospects and existing customers about their business objectives and requirements, understanding how Superlayer can help them achieve their goals
* Initially focus on SMB and Mid Market companies
* Collaborate with the team to ensure we build what our users want
* Hunt for new opportunities
About you:
* You have a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, or equivalent experience
* You have experience as an Account Executive, VC Associate, or similar sales role in SaaS B2B or finance products
* You are skilled at opening and developing new markets and are an analytical thinker
* You have a proven track record of generating significant revenue and building deep relationships
* You are resourceful, creative, and a problem-solver, understanding how Superlayer fits into the bigger picture for clients
* You are a native English speaker
