We are looking for an Inside Sales Intern to be responsible for the sales support and analytics, and understanding of the needs to reach our sales target. You’ll play a critical role working closely with the CEO & the COO and, most of all, you’ll ensure a smooth sales process to our customers!

Key responsibilities:
* CRM management: maintain and update HubSpot to ensure data quality and accuracy
* Lead curation & Outreach: assist the sales team in the curation of leads, preparing targeted newsletters, and supporting outreach activities
* Sales support: work closely with the sales team, providing administrative and operational support for sales activities
* Sales analytics: perform data analysis on HubSpot and Excel to extract key metrics and track sales performance
* Optimizing sales processes: collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements within the sales workflow
Requisiti:
Must haves:
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or a related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/macOS
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
* Good written and spoken English
* A collaborative mindset, well-suited to teamwork
* Knowledge of CRM tools (such as Hubspot) is a plus
