You will join a team responsible for supporting and collaborating in defining credit strategies and models, credit risk monitoring, and governance for acquiring individuals and small companies. Leveraging your strong analytical mindset and data manipulation skills, you will work on projects to implement automated monitoring systems and identify growth opportunities. You will collaborate with CFR International Centre of Excellence teams to define and implement best-in-class modeling solutions and strategies for acquisition of individuals and small companies. Specifically, your activities will include : Credit Risk Data and Processes : Identifying innovative data points and sources to enhance models and strategies; supporting integration of new data; identifying process efficiencies and redesigning workflows. Credit Risk Analysis : Analyzing, assessing, and quantifying risk scenarios; recommending appropriate actions. Insights and Reporting : Developing and maintaining credit risk reports; interpreting patterns and trends; translating insights into actionable recommendations. Computer Skills : Supporting business processes with SQL, Python, and automation tools like PowerBI. Credit Risk Management : Monitoring risk parameters and reporting deviations. Compliance Management : Ensuring adherence to policies and regulations. Data Analysis and Solution Development : Understanding customer journeys, data systems, and retrieval methods to develop effective solutions. Minimum Qualifications STEM bachelor's degree. At least 4 years of relevant experience in Credit Risk, Modeling, Consulting, Data, or Analytics. Experience with automated reporting, models, and analytical systems. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PowerBI. Knowledge of Credit Risk Modeling; Machine Learning experience is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively and eagerness to learn. Proficiency in English and Italian. Knowledge of Credit Bureau data is advantageous.
