PpThe Private Banking Wealth Management (PBWM) Segment Management function is responsible not only for defining and steering the overall value proposition for Private Banking Wealth Management clients, but bdrives the creation of a dedicated Private Banking offering that goes beyond investment products /b.br/The area is responsible for developing bexclusive solutions, services, and products tailored specifically to the Private segment /b, distinct from and more advanced than the Wealth offering, strengthening ING’s positioning in the Private Banking market. This role integrates segment strategy, marketing, operational support, performance analytics, and business case management to ensure a best‑in‑class client and advisor experience across all channels. /ppThe Manager leads the development and execution of segment initiatives, drives commercial effectiveness, ensures the delivery of segment‑specific marketing and communication materials, and coordinates with Sales, CIO, Digital, and Product functions to deliver consistent, data‑driven outcomes. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3h3Segment Strategy Value Proposition Ownership /h3ulliDefine and lead the development of the Private Banking offering, including products, services, and tailored solutions specifically designed for the Private segment and extending beyond the standard Wealth investment offering. /li /ulh32. Business Planning, Performance Analytics /h3ulliLead performance analytics and business case tracking for PBWM initiatives. /liliIntegrate Customer Intelligence (CI) into segment decision‑making and planning. /liliMonitor commercial results, campaign performance, client behavior, and market trends. /liliIdentify growth opportunities and performance improvement levers. /li /ulh33. Operational Support /h3ulliEnsure operational support for advisory and servicing processes. /liliAct as liaison between PBWM, Operations, IT, and other enabling functions. /liliSupport the local implementation of platform enhancements—both digital and advisory. /liliGuarantee consistency and efficiency in client journeys, processes, and tools. /li /ulh34. Marketing Communication /h3ulliDevelop PBWM segment marketing plan, including campaigns, communication strategy, and events. /liliProduce marketing materials supporting both client engagement and advisor activity. /liliEnsure messaging consistency aligned with segment strategy and ING brand guidelines. /li /ulh35. Commercial Network Support /h3ulliContribute to commercial steering through lead management, campaign design, and performance tracking. /liliSupport Sales leadership in setting and monitoring segment‑related target /liliCollaborate with PBWM Sales network on tools, materials, and initiatives enabling commercial growth. /li /ulh36. Cross‑Functional Coordination /h3ulliAct as the central orchestrator across PBWM Sales, CIO, Digital Sales, Product Development, and Advisory Desk. /liliCoordinate end‑to‑end delivery of segment initiatives with multiple stakeholders. /liliRepresent the segment in cross‑departmental governance forums. /li /ulh37. Private Banking Offering Development /h3ulliLead the design and delivery of bdedicated Private Banking products and services /b, expanding beyond investment products to include exclusive solutions tailored to the needs and expectations of Private clients. /liliCollaborate with Product, CIO, Advisory, and Sales teams to structure distinctive offerings such as exclusive products, premium services, specialized agreements, and personalized solutions for the Private segment. /liliEnsure the Private Banking offering is competitive, differentiating, and aligned with ING’s strategic positioning. /li /ulh3Skills Competencies /h3ulli8–10+ years in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Strategy, Segment Management, or related areas. /liliMaster’s degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. /liliExperience in roles involving commercial steering, analytics, marketing, or business development. /liliProven track record of delivering cross‑functional initiatives. /liliDeep understanding of Private Banking and Wealth Management value chains. /liliStrong analytical capability: performance analytics, forecasting, and business case building. /liliSolid knowledge of investment products and advisory models. /liliExperience in marketing or communication within a banking/financial context is a plus. /liliFamiliarity with customer journeys, digital channels, CRM, and lead management. /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliStrong stakeholder management across business and functions. /liliAbility to lead without direct line authority in a matrix organization. /liliStrategic mindset combined with strong execution discipline. /liliExcellent communication and storytelling skills. /liliProactive, solution‑oriented, and comfortable with complexity and change. /li /ulh3Working conditions: /h3pFull Time /ph3Duration: /h3pPermanent /ph3Location: /h3pMilan (hybrid) /ph3About ING /h3pING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
