1. Serve and support legal issues of Group in Europe, including but not limited to:
* The first contact for EU subsidiaries in Group Legal Department.
* Draft and review contracts, e.g., commercial, employment, etc.
* Consult on legal inquiries related to business and operations from EU subsidiaries.
* Assist in handling arbitration and disputes.
* Conduct business-related legal research and manage legal inventory.
* Strong ability to translate legal concepts and regulatory instructions into plain language and improve delivery to EU subsidiaries.
2. Consult, advise, and train on business-related compliance issues for EU subsidiaries.
3. Manage corporate governance information of EU subsidiaries. Keep the registration information up to date.
Job requirements
* Legal education background in China and EU countries (especially in Italy).
* Obtained the legal professional qualification in China or Italy.
* Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in official languages of EU member states (e.g., Italian, French, Polish, German) is a plus.
* 3-5 years of experience in a law firm (preferably as a corporate legal adviser) or similar role in a company (in-house experience preferred).
* Ability to work under pressure and shifting priorities; capable of handling multiple tasks independently.
* Service-oriented with the ability to act as a true legal business partner with departments.
* Commercial awareness and good negotiating skills.
