We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with proven experience in managing application and/or infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project initiatives, ensuring the achievement of business objectives while meeting agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and requirements.
The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing relationships with both technical and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and sound project governance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage IT projects in the application and/or infrastructure domains throughout their entire lifecycle.
Plan, monitor, and control project activities, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Gather and manage project requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate internal and external teams, fostering collaboration across different business functions.
Monitor project progress and define corrective actions when necessary.
Prepare project documentation and reporting for management.
Requirements
At least 6 years of experience in IT project management.
Experience in application and/or infrastructure environments.
Knowledge of IT processes and Project Management methodologies, including Waterfall and/or Agile.
Strong planning, monitoring, and project control skills.
Experience in requirements management and in coordinating technical and business stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field.
Required Languages
Fluent Italian.
Excellent written and spoken English.
