On behalf of our Client, a very well-established Group of Companies operating in Oil and Gas industries, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Officer to be based in Nicosia. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Customer Service Officer to be based in Nicosia. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responding to inbound calls, emails, and CRM tickets in a timely and professional manner.
2. To resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Receiving customer orders via phone/email, inputting them into SAP, and coordinating with logistics for timely deliveries.
4. Ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment of customer needs, minimizing delays or errors.
5. Issuing, activating, adjusting limits, and resolving transaction or system issues
6. Smooth daily card usage for customers and supports operational and commercial reliability and control.
7. Updating customer master data, processing internal approvals, generating reports via SAP and Excel.
8. Ensure data integrity, support decision-making, and enable accurate financial and commercial operations.
9. Communicating promotion mechanics, tracking participation, answering customer queries.
10. Support marketing campaigns and drive engagement and sales volume from retail channels.
11. Liaising with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Marketing and Engineering to ensure cross-functional execution of tasks.
12. To act as the operational backbone that connects departments and ensures a unified customer approach.
13. Assisting station dealers with operational issues, barcode entries, price updates, and promo communication.
14. Ensure smooth retail operations and alignment with central commercial policies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
15. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Qualification
16. Proven experience of 2 years as a customer support or a similar position
17. Computer literate (Windows environment, Microsoft Office, Internet)
18. Excellent use of Greek and English languages
19. Holder of Cypriot or EU driving license
20. Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
21. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
22. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek/English.
23. Team player with a positive attitude.
24. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
25. Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and practices such as SAP
