Role PurposeWe are looking for a motivated and analytical Trainee to join the Manufacturing Controlling team, to support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Standard Costing Project across production activities.This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in industrial controlling within a luxury manufacturing environment, working closely with Finance, Operations, Production, and Supply Chain teams.Key Responsibilities
Support the rollout and maintenance of the standard costing model for manufacturing processesCollect, validate, and analyze cost data related to raw materials, labor, overheads, and production cyclesAssist in defining and updating Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production routingsMonitor variances between standard and actual costs, identifying key drivers and trendsPrepare recurring reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for managementCollaborate with Production, Industrial Engineering, and Finance teams to improve cost accuracy and transparencySupport month‐end closing activities related to inventory and manufacturing costsParticipate in process improvement initiatives and data quality enhancement projectsContribute to ERP/system (SAP 4/HANA) updates linked to costing processes
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldsGood knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)Knowledge of SAP 4/HANA or Power BI is a plus.Strong analytical mindset and attention to detailInterest in industrial controlling, manufacturing finance, and cost accountingProactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem‐solving skillsGood communication skills and ability to work cross‐functionallyFluent Italian language skills are essential. Excellent command of the English language is also a must
