Overview
CPL & TAYLOR by Synergos is recruiting an ICT HELP DESK technician (1st level) in Sant’Ilario d’Enza (RE). The position is full‑time, permanent, with a salary range of 25.000–30.000 € per year.
Responsibilities
* Provide first‑level technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
* Perform routine maintenance on PCs, printers and mobile devices.
* Monitor the status of servers, local networks, backups and other IT systems.
* Assist in the configuration and management of LAN/WAN networks, access controls and security policy enforcement.
* Document technical activities and procedures.
* Report any anomalies promptly.
* Participate in technology upgrade projects and information system improvements.
Qualifications
* Diploma or degree in computer science or related technical field.
* Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft‑related tools (Active Directory, Office 365, Teams).
* Familiarity with networking (LAN/Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
* Experience with backup solutions and antivirus software.
* Strong relational skills, operational autonomy and customer‑service orientation.
* Technical English proficiency.
* Experience in help desk or IT support roles, even brief, is a plus.
* Knowledge of virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper‑V) or monitoring infrastructure is a plus.
* Basic knowledge of IT security and IT policy is a plus.
