Build, deploy, and manage all open-source server management Platform for enterprise virtualization in accordance with standards and operational requirements, including configuration of hardware, services, storage, container.. ? Work closely with the Product Software Development, Technical Office and R&D teams to design and deploy systems in line with the specific project requirements and IT strategy. ? Follow Change Management processes and be responsible for common Infrastructure changes (Networking, VPNs, Firewalls, etc..), including the planning and implementation of updates. ? Collaborate with other teams to ensure appropriate monitoring controls are in place, identify requirements & issue and propose proactive solutions. ? Oversee and design monitoring systems, including Zabbix and Influxdb, to get insights and proactively resolve problems before service disruption. ? Investigate and troubleshoot on system and software configuration and related performance issues ? Automate the provisioning and maintenance of internal IT personal assets ? Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks ? Perform complete life cycle management of compute hardware, including deployment, configuration, refresh, and decommissioning ? Provide engineering support for compute infrastructure; this will include monitoring and troubleshooting compute-related problems ? Extensively partner with business groups and vendors to consult on technical solutions which move the business forward
? Experience in managing Linux operating systems ? Practical experience with setup, configuration, operation and management of virtualized infrastructures, including VMs and hypervisor technologies (Proxmox, OpenStack, etc.), as well as container systems (i.e Docker, Kubernetes, etc) ? Good experience with network and services configuration (i.e. VLAN, DNS, routing, firewall, etc.) and In-depth knowledge of networking principles ? Good knowledge of PC and Dell server hardware (e.g. Idrac, etc.) ? Root Analysis Methodology and Problem Solving Approach ? Ability to move independently in the implementation of installation packages/scripts
