We are looking for a Training Manager to design, plan, and oversee the training initiatives promoted by our Academy. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing learning paths, managing their operational implementation (e.g., workshops, bootcamps, etc.), and coordinating the involvement of instructors, mentors, and subject-matter experts.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze training needs in collaboration with various business functions
* Design and update training programs, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the Academy
* Define training formats (e.g., workshops, bootcamps, etc.)
* Plan and schedule training initiatives, including logistical management and resource allocation
* Coordinate instructors, mentors, and experts involved in the activities, facilitating collaboration and ensuring the quality of content delivery
* Monitor and evaluate training initiatives using feedback tools and learning effectiveness metrics
* Manage internal and external communication related to training programs (presentations, materials, updates, invitations, follow-ups)
* Support innovation in the training offer through the adoption of digital tools, experiential approaches, and new learning models
* Maintain documentation and reports related to training activities, including for reporting or accreditation purposes
Key Requirements
* Degree in Humanities or related fields
* At least 3 years of experience in designing and managing training programs
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Familiarity with digital training tools (e.g., webinar platforms, multimedia content, etc.)
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
* Ability to collaborate within a team and foster an inclusive environment, engaging with professionals across various departments
* Reliability in independently managing deadlines and workloads
* Strong problem-solving orientation
