We are looking to strengthen the Communication Team with a:
Corporate Communication Intern
Reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Communication, the intern will support the management of communication tools and resources.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support execution of global communication activities, mainly related to public relations (PR), events, sponsorships, editorial plans, press coverage, awards and recognitions;
- Assist the communication team with daily administrative tasks, such as managing invoices and operations related to sponsorships and contracts with external suppliers;
- Proactively collaborate on other ad hoc communication activities, e.g. anniversaries, Christmas celebrations and company events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Literature or Languages.
- A Master’s or postgraduate qualification in Marketing Communication, Journalism, Media Relations or PR is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and good command of graphic design and video production tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and curiosity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the English language, level B1.
