With the aim of strengthening the Corporate Engineering Team, we are recruiting a PMO Specialist CAPEX Who will collaborate in the management of projects assigned to the corporate engineering department, ensuring their progress according to the activity plan agreed with internal customers and in compliance with the assigned budget. Main responsibilities: - Collaborating to budget CAPEX planning for all production sites. - Creating and sharing of engineering standards both in terms of planning, management (time and costs) and execution of projects. - Ensuring maintainability concepts during engineering development by comparing and involving those responsible for the management and maintenance of site plants. - Collaborating with the QA department, to ensure compliance with GMP standards during the design and execution phases of projects. - Verifying compliance with HSE standards in collaboration with plant HSE managers. - Working on the correct handover of projects by ensuring the training processes of end users by involving them from the early stages of development. - Securing that AS built documentation is verified and delivered to users. - Providing support and advice in the validation phases of the systems and collaborating with the departments responsible for conducting audits or inspections at the sites involved in new projects in progress or recently completed. Requirements: - Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. - Good knowledge of Excel. - Good knowledge of English language (level B2). - Knowledge of GMP and experience using SAP and Microsoft Project will be considered a plus. - Result orientation, planning and organising skills, combined with excellent communication skills. - Strong collaboration capacity and accountability.
