Head of Cluster Europe - place of work: Abano Terme (Padua)

We are looking for a Head of Cluster Europe, a pivotal role responsible for guiding our commercial operations across key European markets - including Spain, France, UK, Germany, Austria, and the Eastern European Cluster (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania). This role is at the heart of our regional strategy, combining visionary leadership, operational excellence, and deep market expertise to ensure sustainable growth and innovation. Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and support Country Managers and Cluster Heads to exceed commercial targets (sales, market share, profitability).
* Translate global and regional strategies into actionable country-level plans.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
* Ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
* Drive operational excellence and consistency across countries.
* Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
* Implement robust business planning processes with clear KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
* Inspire and develop teams, promoting a culture of performance and collaboration.
* Champion ethical business practices and compliance across all countries.
Requirements:
* University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration or related field. MBA or postgraduate specialization in Pharmaceutical Management is a plus.
* Minimum 15 years in commercial leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry, with regional/multi-country responsibilities.
* Proven success in strategic planning, business transformation, and operational execution.
* Strong knowledge of European pharmaceutical markets, pricing & reimbursement systems, and regulatory environments.
* Experience in launching new products and opening new markets.
* Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel frequently across the region.

Executive-level employment agreement
Salary between: €160,000 – €180,000
