Principal Accountabilities
- Lead the start‐up and industrialization of our brand‐new MDO production line for CPP‐films
- Work closely with production, QC and R&D to industrialize new products
- Ensure process stability, output, quality and efficiency
- Act as a problem solver
- Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and operators on the shopfloor
Competenze ed esperienza
Qualifications/Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equal by experience
- 5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at film industry
- Strong operational mindset: passionate about working hands‐on with the machines
- Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP‐film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)
- Experience in process troubleshooting and upscaling
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D and production
