NABA NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design: it is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), back in 1980. As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts. DIGITAL MARKETING AND BUSINESS SUPPORT CRM INTERNSHIP - Participates in the elaboration of reports and analysis on lead generation and enrollment progression and set lead assignment processes and rules in collaboration with Enrollment and Admission team; - Collaborate in field marketing and enrollment planning activities, including support on operative campaign phases, target and budget setting per geographic region. - Provide Salesforce accounts, manage credentials, create user profiles, manage security settings, escalate technical issues to appropriate support functions and manage related communications for all system users; - Support the Investigation and make necessary changes of the system to business rules, page layouts, and other functions in the system that do not require development efforts; monitor data quality and integrity; perform database de-duplication, clean-up and archiving procedures; - Support on monitoring performances results, identifying anomalies and KPI’s reviewing. - Managing and using of CRM (Salesforce) and Digital analysis tools - Critical overviewing of data and insights creation in order to drive business decision - Team working in a multidepartment area and problem solving REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in economics or statistics. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Excel is key. Fluent Italian; fluent English. Organized, self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks, results and customer sevices oriented, objectives achievement. Salesforce Certification would be considered an advantage. CONDITIONS: Full time internship of 6 months; Expenses reimbursement of 600 EUR per month; Workplace: Milan.
