We are currently looking for Italian-speaking professionals with a strong customer-oriented and sales-driven mindset to join an international technology project based in Lisbon, Portugal. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, account management, or client-facing roles who are interested in relocating to Portugal and working remotely within the country.

- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining performance targets
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Profile We’re Looking For
- Fluent Italian and good English level
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environments
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Tech-savvy and adaptable
Schedule
- Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts)
- 08:00 – 19:00
- 2 days off per week (Sunday + 1 rotational day
