PpJoin to apply for the bLibya Energy Junior Project Manager /b role at bEnergy Job Search /b /p pRINA is currently recruiting for a bLibya Energy Junior Project Manager /b to join its office in Rozzano or Genoa within the bEnergy Project Solutions /b Division. /p h3Mission /h3 pSite Operations Junior Manager supports for ensuring the delivery of defined inspection activities on time, within budget, and with quality results. This may include hiring and planning a single or a team of site supervisors, evaluating and analyzing their performance, planning and managing contracts with clients and delivering reporting to the clients. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liActivity Coordination: Assist in coordinating activities and resources for the delivery of site supervision services across multiple sites. /li liCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations. /li liMaintain regular interfaces with all parties to plan proactively and implement, if necessary, improvement measures. /li liPersonnel Management Assistance: Support in managing personnel across multiple sites, including task allocation and supervision. /li liSupervise inspections, reports and the documentation issued by Site Supervisors and collect and file the required Records. /li liQuality Assurance Support: Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for site supervision activities. /li liEnsure by checking, verification, inspection or audit, as appropriate to the activity, that the specified level of system and product conformance is achieved. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives. /li liCost Optimization Assistance: Contribute to strategies for cost optimization while maintaining service quality. /li liAssist in monitoring and controlling expenses related to site operations. /li liInvoicing Accuracy and Timeliness Support: Support in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for site supervision services. /li liAssist in compliance with billing and invoicing procedures. /li liResource Allocation Assistance: Assist in the allocation and management of resources for site supervision activities. /li liProvide support and guidance to team members. /li liPerformance Evaluation Support: Participate in performance evaluations of personnel and teams. /li liContribute to the implementation of improvement plans. /li liScheduling and Milestone Assistance: Support in developing and managing schedules for site supervision activities. /li liAssist in adjusting schedules to ensure timely completion. /li liContract Management Support: Assist in managing contracts for site supervision services. /li liContribute to profitability and customer satisfaction initiatives. /li liCustomer Satisfaction Focus: Support efforts to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels. /li liAddress customer concerns and collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery. /li liData Management Support: Assist in ensuring accurate and timely data entry into legacy systems. /li liFollow agreed systems and procedures for data management. /li liRisk Awareness: Learn to identify and report potential risks associated with site operations. /li liContribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies. /li liRegulatory Compliance Assistance: Plan, establish and maintain a Project program to verify the compliance to the specified policies, objectives and requirements. The program shall cover both the project and contractors/suppliers organizations. /li liSupport efforts to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA8000 requirements, OHSES Policies, Procedures and Guidelines and RINA QMS. /li liStay informed about relevant regulatory requirements. /li liPerform tasks activities in compliance with the RINA QOHSES System. /li liSupport and participate in the organization's environmental and safety program to conform to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA8000 requirements. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pMaster's Degree in Management Engineering or Economics /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFluency in English and Italian languages /li liBasic knowledge of the Project Management activities /li /ul pbContract Management: /b Basic knowledge about managing contracts, including negotiation, administration, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. /p pbBudget Management: /b Basic knowledge about budget management, cost control, and financial analysis within the construction or related industry. /p pbProject Advancement: /b Basic knowledge about advancing construction projects through effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources. /p h3Competencies /h3 ul liADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective way /li liBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organization /li liCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfaction /li liEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into account and remain open to diversity /li liMAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraint /li liMANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one's and other's emotions and express and regulate one's reactions /li liPIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefit from the new circumstances /li liPROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role Model /li liTHINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the future /li /ul pRINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure mobility, industry, research development sectors.
