Overview
The Assistant Manager reports directly to the Store Manager and supports the leadership and management of the store.
Responsibilities
Economic Management – Ensure achievement of commercial objectives and sustained KPI growth; manage costs and optimise store profitability through sales strategy execution.
Staff Management – Assist the Store Manager with optimal personnel organization, conduct recruitment activities, develop and motivate staff, and promote career progression within the group.
Customer Service – Deliver high-quality customer service in line with procedures; handle complaints effectively and professionally.
Visual Merchandising – Maintain an attractive store layout in partnership with the visual merchandising team, ensuring product launch guidelines are correctly applied.
Logistics & Loss Prevention – Manage goods inbound/outbound, support loss prevention in coordination with the Store Manager, and oversee daily cash register operations.
Qualifications
Prior experience managing structured retail outlets, preferably in dynamic, multinational environments.
Strong command of English.
Leadership and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with the Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
