Salewa is looking for an intern to assist the Senior Product Manager Footwear for a period of at least 6 months. During this period, you will help to shape the future of footwear collection, helping to manage and execute projects related to product development & related marketing and sales campaigns. You will support key initiatives like market and competitive landscape analysis and all the tasks that need to be completed within the product development process, related product marketing phase and sales campaigns.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Collaborate with designers and the product development team to produce contents
* Provide ideas as well as opportunities to assist and enhance the product marketing strategy
* Support the Senior Product Manager with periodic sales/market analysis & product presentations
* Help to create and manage seasonal projects
* Support in the monitoring of project timelines and budgets
* Help to develop, maintain and update collections files
* Assist the product managers in monitoring competitor’s landscape in terms of product/marketing/communication assets
Profile:
* University student in engineering, economics or statistics
* International university or work experiences
* Multitask / flexible working attitude
* Combine analytical and envisioning skills and ability to use market research tools
* Strong organizational skills & good prioritization skills
* Fluent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian and English
* Passion for outdoor activities such as trekking, mountaineering, trail running
* Passion for the footwear industry and related innovations is a plus
