THE OPPORTUNITY: We are hiring a Workstream Manager to our Workstream Leaders team This role is to join the Business transformation team, responsible for coordinating all the workstreams across different areas related to the Tagus upgrade and for pushing the decisions that will accelerate the upgrade considering our entire ecosystem. The position will work closely with business and product leaders of all areas to plan and execute the upgrade to Tagus. This is a great opportunity to join a new team with the critical mission of inspiring the organization to embrace change. YOUR IMPACT: The goal of the Workstream Leaders Team is to coordinate the workstreams across different areas (Marketing, Legal, Finance, Ops, etc.) related to Tagus upgrade and push decisions that will accelerate Tagus upgrade considering our entire ecosystem. - Structure and manage Tagus upgrade roadmap and ensure that it is widely communicated - Track deliverables from all workstreams and communicate results - Collaborate with workstream leaders to ensure planning and execution guarantees a seamless upgrade. Make sure we follow the right process. - Identify potential risks, blockers and dependencies and ensure escalations are raised appropriately - Ensure timely routing and tracking of work requests through the project team - Manage and maintain the project document repository for the team - Effectively communicate with program leadership regarding upgrade timelines and updates WHO YOU ARE: - A trusted leader with project management experience establishing, maintaining, or auditing project deliverables - Strong communication, with the ability to communicate concepts to a technical and non-technical audience - Strong ability to understand technical concepts and development process - Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills as well as an attention to detail - Ability to proactively take initiative and motivate teams to produce results - Strong desire and willingness to learn new concepts - Good spoken and written English. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days paid holiday per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!).
