PpTrevi S.p.A. is recruiting for its offices in Rome: /p pbCOMPLIANCE DOCUMENT CONTROLLER /b /p pThe role will support business operations by collecting, verifying, and maintaining contractual and compliance documentation related to suppliers, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and compliance, and guaranteeing full adherence to applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including Anti-Mafia obligations and Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as compliance with the relevant Legality Protocols. /p pbMain activities: /b /p ul liPrepare documentation for subcontractors, ensuring compliance with current regulations, Anti-Mafia requirements, and Legality Protocols/MGO, aimed at obtaining the necessary authorizations. /li liMonitor the supply chain of companies within their respective projects, ensuring timely updates on authorization status and information flows to project managers, relevant internal departments, and external offices of Clients and Contracting Authorities. /li liManage and use client IT platforms for uploading documentation and coordinating subcontractor/subcontracting onboarding and accreditation processes. /li liSupport processes for obtaining authorizations related to the assignment of highly qualified personnel from non-EU countries, in compliance with applicable regulations, Legality/MGO protocols, and Legislative Decree 231/2001. /li liManage, verify, and archive contractual and compliance documentation for contractors and subcontractors (completeness, validity, deadlines, traceability). /li /ul pbRequirements: /b /p ul liKnowledge of vendor and subcontractor qualification/accreditation processes and authorization flows within projects. /li liExperience using client IT platforms for document management and onboarding (e.g., ENI portals or equivalent) and related approval workflows. /li liAbility to monitor the supply chain (authorization status, information flows) and produce reports/progress indicators. /li liKnowledge of processes and requirements for authorizations/assignments of highly qualified personnel from non-EU countries, in compliance with applicable regulations. /li liProficiency in Office tools (especially Excel and Word) for checks, reconciliations, deadline tracking, and document database management. /li liKnowledge of English (at least B1/B2 level) for interaction with client portals and documentation in English. /li liResidence/domicile in Rome or surrounding areas is required. /li /ul pTrevi Group is an equal opportunity employer.
