Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced AMS Team Leader to lead a complex managed applications ecosystem on an international project.
Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience in Application Management Services (AMS) or equivalent operational leadership roles
Strong proficiency in English (working language for the project)
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and lead technical teams
Experience working within ITSM frameworks and Agile methodologies
Track record of SLA ownership and service quality governance

Kubernetes (critical across the managed applications ecosystem)
Java, Python, Apache Tomcat
React and Angular
WSO2 (integration & API management)
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Responsibilities
Assume overall technical responsibility for the delivery, stability, and quality of the managed applications ecosystem.
Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing visibility into system health and active operations.
Coordinate operational resources to resolve tickets and bugs, adhering strictly to SLAs and using enterprise ITSM and Agile frameworks.
Maintain full ownership of service quality, escalation management, and technical performance reporting.
Organise and lead periodic meetings with the development team to stay constantly aligned on new releases, features, and platform updates.
