Their current portfolio has an annual production of nearly 700GWh. /ppAbout the Role - Whilst there are plans to build a new control room in Milan, this role can also be accommodated in other regions of Italy if the right candidate presents. The role will oversee around 150MW of Hydropower plants plus Solar PV plants (once constructed) across Italy. You will deliver and maintain comprehensive control room operations within a 24 / 7 responsive setting, proficiently managing and operating all control room systems. Facilitate effective collaboration with Plant Managers to ensure the successful management of maintenance tickets, timely interventions, and optimal operation of all assets. This role is office-based. /ppbResponsibilities : /b /pulliContinuously monitor the real-time performance of energy plants using dedicated dashboards and assess deviations in performance metrics and KPIs. /liliPerpetually monitor the status, alerts, and errors generated by onsite components. /liliWorking Closely with the Technical Asset Management Team. /liliPerpetually monitor automatic alarms generated by monitoring / SCADA and other systems. /liliConduct remote troubleshooting and determine necessary actions, including creating tickets and assigning work orders to relevant stakeholders. /liliCoordinate with local onsite technicians from maintenance providers (escalating to Plant managers when necessary) to resolve incidents, providing supporting evidence and updating work orders / tickets accordingly. /liliMonitor Security Systems alarms and oversee CCTV surveillance. /liliImplement action plans in response to intrusions. /liliReport any unusual activities or alarm activations to designated individuals. /liliProvide detailed reports for all incidents. /liliConduct remote control and troubleshooting as needed. /li /ulpbQualifications : /b /pulliWe are looking for individuals with experience in technical operations within Hydropower and / or Solar Photovoltaic (PV) renewable industries. /liliProficiency in engaging in business discussions and negotiations is essential. /li /ulpbRequired Skills : /b /pulliIdeally you hold a degree in electrical engineering or similar. /liliPrevious experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Hydropower / Solar PV systems. /liliFamiliarity with SCADA systems and remote monitoring tools. /liliAbility to work independently and make responsible decisions. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliExcellent communication and documentation skills. /liliNative Italian speaker essential and English language skills will be advantageous. /liliKnowledge of security systems, including CCTV. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
