Role Summary
As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in overseeing the daily operations of our store.
Your key objective will be to ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience with our brand.
Responsibilities
Support the store manager in supervising and leading a team of baristas and other staff members;
Assist in managing inventory levels and controlling expenses;
Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction;
Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with health and safety standards;
Perform opening and closing duties as required by the store manager;
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Supervisor or equivalent role;
Strong knowledge of business principles and practices;
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues;
Basic understanding of financial management principles;
Excellent time management and organizational skills;
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction;
High school diploma or equivalent;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
