Join a team responsible for designing, building, and operating high-reliability, high-performance systems that extract insight from vast data sources and enable fast, strategic decision-making on and off the track.
You'll work as part of a modern, full-stack engineering group, helping to evolve existing platforms using the latest technologies—while also supporting operational activities during race events.
What You'll Need to Succeed
A Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, plus proven experience building mission-critical distributed systems (finance, banking, big-tech or similar environments welcome)
Strong experience with at least one high-level programming language (knowledge of .NET is a premio)
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Full-stack engineering experience across services, infrastructure, UI (desktop or web), databases, cloud, messaging systems, etc.
Confidence working across varied technologies—from rich user interfaces to large-scale distributed systems
Demonstrated ability to design, deliver and own software features end-to-end: requirements, development, testing, deployment
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, plus a high level of self-motivation
Language skills in English and Italian
