How You’ll Make an Impact
You will manage the strategic calendar for the management team, focusing on priorities and impactful engagements.Organize and facilitate results-oriented meetings and workshops, preparing materials and ensuring structured follow-ups.Collaborate in the design and creation of presentations for various stakeholders, enhancing communication and engagement.Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders on an international level, ensuring effective collaboration.Oversee travel arrangements and manage expense reports, ensuring smooth logistics for the management team.What You Bring
You have experience as an Executive or Management Assistant in international settings.Your digital skills are top-notch, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.You possess a foundational understanding of administrative topics, including tax and customs matters (Intrastat, VAT).Your soft skills shine through with excellent communication, organizational abilities, and a strong sense of confidentiality.You are fluent in both Italian and English, with a proficiency level of B2-C1.
