We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our HR team in Concagno (CO).

Purpose of the Role:
Support the HR Department in executing the employee cycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing internal communication plans to promote corporate culture and enhance employee engagement;
* Supporting recruitment by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews;
* Assisting in designing training courses and tracking their delivery;
* Providing administrative support related to onboarding and offboarding processes;
* Contributing to HR projects aimed at process improvement.
Requirements:
* Currently studying Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;
* A creative approach;
* Proficiency with digital communication tools and social media;
* Good command of English.
We offer a paid internship lasting 6 months.
The position is open to individuals belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99.
