Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than b70,000 /b people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact. /ppFor our bSavigliano site /b in bItaly /b, we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic bProject Planner /b. /ppbPurpose of the Job /bbr/Responsible for developing and maintaining the project schedule in order to manage efficiently the time commitments of the project (tender, contract or program). /ppbuPerformance Measurement /u /b /ppIn tender: /pulliOn-time delivery of all tender deliverables requested to fulfill RFP requirements. /liliOn-time delivery of schedule analysis for decisions by the Tender Team: critical path, compliance with tender strategy related to contractual milestones, planning risks, mitigation plan, and list of ambitions. /liliTo prepare engineering schedule with métiers managers and pre-project team with Bid technical Manager hypothesis. /li /ulpIn RD and Project: /pulliTo update and consolidate engineering schedule. /liliTo ensure consistency with overall project schedule. /liliTo survey blocking points. /liliTo propose solutions in order to respect the committed schedule. /li /ulpIn contract or program: /pulliBaseline approved (internally and by the Customer) and managed. /liliRegular and consistent scheduling updates, with potential delays analysis and actions plans proposed to the project team. /liliOn-time delivery of KPIs (OTD, documentation, Gate Reviews GO on time, sales, cash, …). /li /ulpbuResponsibilities /u /b /ppbIn tender: /b /pulliAnalyse the schedule management requirements of the Customer (contractual tool, schedule structure, reporting constraints,…). /liliDefine tender preparation schedule and monitor until the submission of the tender. /liliDetail the tender schedule based on Reference Library templates, gap analysis, Metiers commitments, and PSO, PDO PIO tender strategy. /liliHighlight the critical path and risks linked to the schedule and propose the optimisation mitigation actions. /liliPropose a strategy regarding compliance with the contractual requirements. /liliParticipate in the definition of the schedule interfaces with the partners and the Customer. /liliDeliver on time all schedule deliverables down to the requested level. /liliEstimate the cost of Scheduling management effort. /li /ulpbIn contract or program: /b /pulliDefine and maintain the Project Time Management Plan, with respect and as a complement to any Project Time Management Plans of higher rank, and Project Management Plan. /liliIn case of a multi-Unit project, the lead Unit PrPM coordinates the project scheduling community (meetings, MoM…). /liliDetail and update the project schedule based on the contractual targets and data provided by all stakeholders. /liliPropose the project baseline. /liliEnsure the consistency of all the internal and external Stakeholders commitments, and manage the schedules interfaces. /liliOrganise and lead periodic Project Schedule Sessions. /liliParticipate in project core team meetings (and/or Schedule management meeting of higher rank). /liliProvide a timely updated schedule situation highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline. /liliFocus on early identification of potential delays. /liliPrepare schedule and progress reports for Customer or Lead Unit or Partners. /liliProvide support to Project Manager on all issues related to projects schedule. /liliFor Reference Library, develop and maintain the schedule templates. /li /ulpbuKnowledge Experience /u /b /pulliProject management and industrial backgrounds. /liliGood overall knowledge of railway products and systems is a plus. /liliGood communications and interpersonal skills, excellent team worker as they work with a large network. /liliConflict management and multi-tasking. /liliBe able to challenge project team and highly proactive in proposing solutions. /liliAbility to juggle with schedules and changing project goals. /liliAble to think critically and use good judgment. /li /ulpAn agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
